Sport Specific Training
Sport specific training with Ricco Fitness can help improve the athletic component of your sport. With the exception of hockey, all sports related technique matters will remain the responsibility of your own coach.
I however will ensure to guide you through a customized plan, which will improve your personal weaknesses in order to make you the best possible athlete in your sports category.
