As your personal trainer I will not only be guiding you through your training sessions at the location of your choice, but also be your contact person you can rely on, whenever there is a fitness, health or nutrition related question.

I will assist you in achieving the goals you have in mind and utilize my knowledge to define a structured and individual plan for you. We would start by conducting an assessment of your current fitness state and then work our way through a customized plan.

It is of utmost importance to be on the same page and getting to know each other along the way as it will be the key to your success in training.
